Yoga for 2024 is in a hall in Kings Langley on Tuesday evenings and there is a Zoom class on Saturday mornings at 9.30 am.

THE BENEFITS OF YOGA: Yoga brings the mind, body and spirit into balance enabling you to feel more energised and mentally calm with an inner strength. Rosy teaches Hatha Yoga having trained at the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Southern India and is a certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher. Rosy has also completed a Yin Yoga Intensive course with Norman Blair.Classes are warm and friendly and people of all ages and abilities welcome. She teaches breathing exercises, warm up exercises and asanas or yogic postures. Relaxation is an important part of her teaching and each class ends with a short guided meditative relaxation. It is an energising class with gentle music and crystal bowls. An enjoyable experience! |
